Planning time is quality time
Time spent in planning pays teachers back more time than they spend
This makes the investment in planning time more profitable than an investment in money
Many teachers don't believe that they have enough free time to plan
If teachers don't plan, they are trapped in a a perpetual "gather enough activities for tomorrow" cycle
